This is video #049 in my Final Fantasy VII playthrough. The party explores the main area of Corel Prison. I guess this is what became of the original town of Corel. Plenty of down-and-outs here. Beware of the Bandit enemies around here, lest they rob you blind.
In the Mayor's Old House, the party meets up with Barret again. He relates the tragic conclusion to his story. Evidently, this Dyne character has become a nasty piece of work.
At the end of the story, when you choose who will accompany Cloud and Barret, there is another opportunity to impact affection points. If you choose Aeris, she gets a HUGE affection boost: 10 points. Tifa and Yuffie's affection point boost is much lower. Obviously, if you want to date Aeris, bring Aeris along. If you want to date Tifa, choose Tifa. If you want to date Yuffie, choose Yuffie. If you want to date Barret, choose Red XIII or Cait Sith.
Note that you can go to the cab of the Shin-Ra truck to sleep for free.
