This is video #042 in my Final Fantasy VII playthrough. Evidently, it is not the party that the Shinra sailors have found, it is probably Sephiroth. The party can now access the engine room belowdecks. First things first, though, there is an All materia under the stairway on the lower deck. On the upper level grating of the engine room, there is a Wind Slash, a weapon for Yuffie. You can also steal Shinra Betas from the Marines. Don't be too concerned about that 0 Magic def; the Magic def stat doesn't do a thing, due to a programming bug.
