Previously, Heorot returned to Yhoator Jungle and trained against White Lizards and Goblins until he reached Level 48 as Red Mage. Now, he will continue his jungle training.

Yhoator Jungle:

Heorot resumes in Yhoator Jungle in the Elshimo Uplands region. He starts at E-7 near an entrance from Yuhtunga Jungle.

Heorot continues training against Goblins and White Lizards for the Page 1 individual training.

After a while, Heorot reaches Level 49 as Red Mage.

From a Goblin Reaper, Heorot acquires a Scroll of Absorb-VIT. Absorb-VIT is a Black Magic spell exclusive to the Dark Knight job. Interesting. Obviously, Heorot cannot learn this yet, since he has not even unlocked Dark Knight yet.

Eventually, Heorot reaches Level 50 as Red Mage. He has hit the game's initial level limit. He can continue to earn experience in Level 50, but he cannot level up further until he has done the first level limit quest.

Heorot makes his way towards the Elshimo Uplands Outpost. On the way, he begins taking out Tonberries. Note that Tonberries drop Light Crystals. Heorot even got a Light Cluster from one, but that may be because of the Super Kupowers in effect.

At the Outpost, Heorot uses the Survival Guide at I-8 to teleport to Bastok Mines.

Bastok Mines (time 55:32):

At the Auction House, Heorot puts a stack of Fire Crystals, a stack of Lightning Crystals, and a Light Cluster up for sale. He also visits the Chocobo Stables and sells off some excess loot.

Then, he goes to the Residential Area.

Mog House (time 59:10):

After a little inventory management, Heorot logs off. Next time, he will probably work on the first level limit quest, which unlocks Levels 51-55 in all jobs.
