Basically, this enemy appears when you make a clockwise loop starting from the platform with the XX Gate and passing through the area with the Sagittarius switch. It'll then spawn along with two Forbiddens on the Gate platform.

In terms of battle, it can cast Darkga and Shining Ray for AoE damage as well as Immobilizega so don't waste your time and take it out quickly, Holy attacks are your best bet.
