Ok, so after your server has managed to complete the full collection of dolls you'll be able to pick up the new quest, A Father's Folly. This quest is the one that awards the Peach Blossom Choker and the title Golemancer. You pick it up from Nanapasi at Ul'dah, Steps of Nald X:11 Y:8 provided you cleared the previous quests in the line and your server has completed all the dolls.

So make sure to complete this before Monday, March 16, 2015 at 7:59 a.m. (PDT) if you want the Peach Blossom Choker and the title.

What else can I say? I can't blame our server for not being the fastest. The repeatable wasn't really rewarding to anyone regardless of level, some newer players couldn't attempt it without a party and don't get any real exp. Once you got all the furniture items high level players never really got anything great out of the bags. Well hopefully they learn from this and hopefully makes the seasonal event a tad more rewarding to encourage participation.
