Alear and her group have made it to Firene, known as the Kingdom of Abundance, and this is where Alfred is from. We then find that the Corrupted have made their way to Florra Mill Town, and we find Alfred's sister Céline, the princess of Firene, and she has the Ring of the Caring Princess.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

I start the Chapter 4 battle, and Alfred explains to Alear about his homeland of Firene, and his sister Céline, the princess of Firene, who has an Emblem Ring. Before starting the battle, make sure to equip Sigurd to one of your units, I highly recommend Alfred. I do like the music that plays for the battle, it is called Bloom in the Breeze. We gain three new allies, and a new Emblem Ring. The first one is Céline, Alfred's sister, she is a Noble of the Mystical type, which ignores terrain bonuses as demonstrated with Clanne when we first got him. Céline's best stats are Magic and Resistance, and while she can use swords, her Magic is higher than Strength, and Gentle Flower has allies heal 50% more HP when 2 spaces beside her. She comes equipped with the Ring of the Caring Princess, which can summon Celica from Fire Emblem Gaiden and its remake Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia. This gives the unit a boost to Magic and Resistance, making it good for magic users like Céline, Holy Stance deals 10% more damage to Corrupted enemies, Echo makes the user attack twice, the damage is halved, and Warp Ragnarok has the user warp 10 spaces to unleash a powerful attack, a Mystical unit deals 20% more damage, while Cavalry and Flying units gain extra warp spaces. Celica comes equipped with Seraphim, which deals bonus damage to Corrupted enemies, which we are dealing with on this map.
Céline has two retainers, the first one is Louis, an Armored Knight that uses lances, Armored Knights are very defensive, and Louis can be used to stop the Archers. Armored units cannot be broken in battle, and while very defensive, they are weak to magic attacks, his best growth rates are in HP and Defense, and Admiration has Louis take less damage in combat when two female units are adjacent to him within two spaces.
The other is Chloé, a Pegasus Knight, or Lance Flier as there are different types of Pegasus Knights, so they have to use the weapon speciality of that class. Flying units are able to fly over areas otherwise inaccessible by other units, but they are weak to bows. Pegasus Knights have good Resistance, having Chloé take on the Mages is a good strategy, her best stat growths are in Speed and Dexterity. Fairy-Tale Folk has Chloé deal 2 more damage in combat when a male and a female unit are adjacent within 2 spaces, and as both Chloé and Louis start on the middle of the map, and you can have Céline warp there to make use of their Personal Abilities.
You will also be introduced to the Draconic Time Crystal, which allows you to go back a few turns, like in Fire Emblem: Three Houses and in Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia. There are two houses, the rewards from them are 2000 Gold and a Javelin, a lance that can be used at a range, making it good to equip on Chloé to deal with the Mages.
An Axe Cavalier drops a Hand Axe, and if an enemy enters a house, they will attack it, preventing you from receiving anything from them, and the objective is to get through the enemies and make it to the middle of the map, and the boss of this map is Rodine, a Lance Armor class, and as he is an Armored unit, magic attacks are your best shot, you can have Céline use Warp Ragnarok to quicky take him down.
With the battle done, we get a cutscene where Alear meets up with a mysterious girl named Veyle, and then we can explore Florra Mill Town and interact with allies, and you can adopt animals, where they can give you items, and if you donate to certain places, like Firene, you can adopt more kinds of animals, as well as get better rewards.
In case there is enough description space, I will explain more about Emblem Celica and the effects based on types of units. Echo gains extra range when equipped to a Dragon unit like Alear, while Mystical units gain a 10% boost in damage, Warp Ragnarok has more attack range for Dragon units, Cavalry gain a warp distance of 2, Flying units gain a warp distance of 5, and Mystical units deal 20% more damage. While the Emblem Ring is automatically equipped to Céline due to the bonus damage she can deal as she is a Mystical unit, Clanne is good alternative for the Emblem Ring. For skills learned, Resonance has the user lose 1 HP if their HP is 2 or more in exchange of dealing 2 more damage in combat, and Tome Precision gives 3 more Hit and Avoid when using a tome.
