With most of Cookie Country done, Kirby takes on another course, which is said to hide a secret that gives some Copy Abilities that are otherwise inaccessible till later on. Then he finds a familiar looking tree that has been the first boss in almost every Kirby game.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

Stage 4 of Cookie Country starts out in a grass area, and the first Energy Sphere is found in a passageway leading through the cliffs to a secret area, and the main abilities are Cutter, Fire, Beam, Leaf, and Spark. There are stone towers that fall down, which you will have to run past, and when you get to the end of the first area, backtrack to find a hidden door, which leads to the HAL Room, which is a tradition in Kirby games where the blocks spell "HAL", and you can get a lot of points from it, and there are four Copy Abilities that you don't get till later on, those are Wing, Hammer, Ninja, and Fighter, and there are two Abilities that were added in the Deluxe version, those are Sand and Mecha. Sand has a bunch of moves, like Sand Wave, Sand Burst, and many others, and Sandcastle can be used to knock away enemies, the other is Mecha, which is like the Jet Ability from Kirby: Planet Robobot, the Ability first appeared in Kirby Super Star. Mecha has Kirby use moves like Blast Cannon, and can use Full-Charge Blaster when charged enough.
The next area is in a cave, and this is where we first test out the Prism Shield, which protects Kirby from attacks from above, and it can be used to remove the Puppet Waddle Dees guarding the Energy Sphere. The next area has a Super Hot Head, which gives Monster Flame, this Super Ability burns tree stumps and one of them near the end has a rift to Another Dimension, and this one makes use of Super Inhale to remove the large blocks, and you can pick between Leaf or Spark to fight against a Sphere Doomer, which gives two Energy Spheres, and then the end of the course.
Time for the boss fight, and our opponent is Whispy Woods, this tree has been the first boss in almost every Kirby game, but there are some games where you never fight Whispy Woods or any of his variants, I don't know if Kirby and the Forgotten Land counts as you do fight a variant of Whispy Woods, but as the second boss of the game. You can choose between Beam, Cutter, or Fire, I would say the best is Cutter, as I don't know if bosses have elemental weaknesses like in Kirby Star Allies, because I remember Whispy Woods in that game took more damage from fire attacks.
Whispy Woods attacks by dropping apples, which you can inhale and shoot back at him, and he has a new attack where he can inhale Kirby, and you have to move the control stick to try and escape. He can even drop enemies like Waddle Dees and Gordos, he is not a difficult battle, and after defeating him, we regain the oars for the Lor Starcutter.
For collecting Energy Spheres, this unlocks new challenges, and if you have been collecting Energy Spheres, you should have about 13 Energy Spheres, 5 Energy Spheres unlock Sword Challenge, the first Challenge Stage where you use the Sword Ability and try and defeat every enemy and get to the goal as quickly as possible, I won't try and get Platinum Medal on all of them. 10 Energy Spheres unlocks Magolor's Tome Trackers, a minigame where you have to pick up tomes matching the one Magolor is showing, and you can play all the minigames in Merry Magoland, which I do show in this video.
In Merry Magoland, you can play minigames, there is a Stamp Rally where you can get Stamp Tickets for participating in minigames, and you can earn dress-up masks. You do have missions where if you play certain minigames with a certain mask or play a minigame for the first time.
