Port Warren is Archanaeans most prosperous trade hub. Shiida considers it important to wrest control of it, and Malledus begs Marth to consider resupplying at this free city, therefore, Marth sets out to liberate the great city. Despite being on Archanean soil, the residents of Port Warren conduct their business free of upper management until the Dolunians seized it. Marth considers that the allegiance of the citizens may favor the Alteans as liberators rather than under the yoke of the dragon king. Marth sets out to defeat in detail the forces before him, besides destroying isolated forces with a main contingent he also endeavors to bottle up the enemy by the mountains that seemingly protect them. Marth's plan is carried out expertly by his seasoned troops. The enemy forces are stunned by the tactics of the Alteans as they are swept away methodically on every front.

The Doluna forces are excising taxes unheard of before as the greed of dragons know no bounds. The local administrators are forced to garrison their mercenaries to bolster the relatively scant Doluna presence. However, if they were to miss a payment, a massive contingent of Doluna would swarm upon the city from the Achenaean capitol. Kannival is more of an administrator than a knight, but his garrisons are numerous, and in good order. The two mountain ranges will support the other. It would be foolish for the Alteans to rush into such a clear defeat. Clearly, one of the two sides has miscalculated. This map was an interesting puzzle to solve.

I enjoyed this map, because I felt like I accomplished some great tactical maneuvers. However, I did not have the best of luck on this map during this playthrough. Much like the head canon, this map is played out by isolating the enemy reinforcements from each other. I made a great initial thrust as I blitzed through the initial enemies with only one unit of mine being damaged. I consider this an easy map, but hey I certainly faced some difficulties during this episode. I think most people would consider this map a lot easier than Lefcandith Gauntlet. Hope you have fun watching this one.
