The lack of activity from the organization has continued to isolate the organization from the world's power players. There has been a top down a directive to interdict the aliens in a renewed ground campaign. The soldiers have become disillusioned with their lot in life, despite them knowing the associated risks because quite rightly it is believed that the command sees them as dead men walking. During the early modern period the 'boxers' of the Boxer Rebellion at least assumed there was a chance to win against the European powers. The soldiers know that there isn't one, but are compelled by a vague sense of desperation. The Xenonaut program will now begin to isolate the soldiers with compartmentalized clearances so the kill to death ratio will become a grey area. The aliens are on the verge of collapsing multiple world governments.

The humans are beginning to learn their place in the universe, lower than us. Their chimps can kill them not unlike how the Humans can kill our soldiers. That being said, our full effort to exterminate them cannot be withstood similarly if there was a systematic chimp hunt on their end. We have decided to reopen diplomatic lines of communication with vulnerable governments and soon they will need to decide whether or not they want to retain autonomy under our influence, their leaders at least. Eventually, they will be altered and in a way replaced for a better version of human, one that suits our empire. We have already scanned key resource nodes from our northern base. We will need to expand the amount of extraction facilities to best utilize this planet. Here is our mod list.
