After Byleth and the Golden Deer's successful victory at the Battle of the Eagle and Lion, she receives her next task, there is some trouble going on at Remire Village, which was where she first met Claude and the other house leaders. Byleth goes with Claude to the library, where they talk about the connection between Crests and Heroes' Relics.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

A lot of things happen at the start of this chapter, and at the start, Byleth and her father talk with Manuela about some strange incident happening in Remire Village, which was where Byleth met Claude and the other house leaders, and then after the scene, Byleth teaches class before even exploring at the start of the month.
Then we get another scene, Byleth finds Claude in the library, where he is researching on the mystery of the Heroes' Relics, and what the connection between Crest and Heroes' Relics is all about. We also see that Tomas is not present in the library, because in the previous chapter, Sothis comments about something strange about Tomas.
Then we can explore the Monastery, and starting from Chapter 8, you can recruit Manuela and Hanneman, and in order to do that, you need Byleth to be at least Level 15, which you should have by now.
Then we have sidequests, one of them is a battle quest you can accept from Felix, and another is from a student outside the Cathedral, and you have to give a Reverent Love Letter to Rhea, and then talk to the student to complete the quest.
The next quest is from Seteth, and you have to pick up a Missing Students Poster, which is located at the dormitory near the greenhouse, pick it up and return to Seteth to complete the quest.
The next one is a two sided quest, you have to talk to either Shamir or Catherine, you can accept both quests, but you can only complete one of them. The first quest item is the Book of Crestological Mysteries, which is near them, and you have to trade items with other characters, first is Hanneman, he gives you the Tome of Comely Saints, give that to Manuela for a Fire Amulet, which can be given to Cyril for a Glowing Stone, then give that to Mercedes for The Path of Dawn, then trade that with Marianne for Medicinal Eyedrops, give it to Linhardt for Two-Toned Whetstone, and then give it to either Catherine or Shamir to complete the quest, but you can only give it to one of them and not both. Interesting bit of trivia is these items are references to the Fire Emblem series, and one bit of detail I never went over in my Blue Lions Playthrough is that Crests are called Emblems in Japan and some other localizations of this game, and the Crest of Flames translates to Fire Emblem.
I will list each item and what Fire Emblem game they reference.
Book of Crestological Mysteries: Mystery of the Emblem
Tome of Comely Saints: Genealogy of the Holy War
Fire Amulet: Binding Blade
Glowing Stone: The Sacred Stones
The Path of Dawn: Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn
Medicinal Eyedrops: Awakening
Two-Toned Whetstone: Fates

It will take a lot of description space to go over Hanneman and Manuela, and they are kind of outclassed, but you can give them a go and see how well they do. Hanneman is a Mage, and Manuela is a Priest, and both learn siege tomes, Hanneman learns Meteor at A+ Rank in Reason, and Manuela learns Bolting at A Rank in Reason.
For possible classes, Hanneman should master Mage to get Fiendish Blow, and as he is a male magic user, he can go into the Dark Mage class, and for his final class, you can choose between Warlock or Dark Knight, but you will need to invest in his Riding skill if you want to go into Dark Knight, but the difference is with Warlock, he has Black Magic Uses x2, which Dark Knight does not have.
Manuela is a weird case, she has a weakness in Reason, but her strengths in Sword can make her a decent Swordmaster, or if you work on Flying, you can make her a Pegasus Knight and get Darting Blow, but if you want to make her a magic user, Bishop is possibly the best class for her, unless you can get through her Reason bane, it will be tough trying to get her into a Gremory. I did try out Manuela in my Blue Lions playthrough, and I guess the one good thing is she gets Warp, and none of your in-house units on Blue Lions get Warp, because Golden Deer has Lysithea, and Black Eagles has Linhardt, and another downside is Manuela cannot get Physic.
For units with different quotes based on route, when you talk to Hubert on Black Eagles, Monica does have some dialogue, otherwise she doesn't say anything, for other units outside of house-exclusive units, Linhardt and Dorothea have extra quotes if recruited.
Then for lost items in this month, I will list the units:
Claude (Golden Deer only), Linhardt, Bernadetta, Dorothea, Sylvain, Mercedes, Lorenz, Leonie, Seteth, Flayn, Manuela, Alois, Cyril
