Now with Dedue back on the team, all of the Blue Lions students are back together again. The next area is to go through Gronder Field, which was where the Battle of the Eagle and Lion took place, back when it was a mock battle between the Three Houses. Such even might end up happening this month, but it will not a mock battle, it will be an intense duel.

Everyone is back on the team, not only with the return of Dedue, who we thought was dead until now, but we managed to persuade Lorenz back to the team, and we find a girl who had lost her brother to a murderous person, and for some reason the text box refers to her as Maiden and not Fleche, she is Randolph's sister, the very person we killed back in Chapter 14. I feel that Lorenz is a unit that I cannot recommend using on Azure Moon because he leaves the group, and that his Hero's Relic of Thyrsus is best used by Lysithea, as she also has the Crest of Gloucester, and while Lorenz is best as a Dark Knight, I already put Sylvain in that class. Another thing is that Catherine's B Support with Lorenz and C Support with Gilbert can only be done before Chapter 16, possibly because on the first exploration, Catherine will not be available at the Monastery as she has gone back to her home of House Charon.
Back to Dedue, so back when I did War for the Weak, which is his paralogue and there is a secret that you can get later in the game if you complete it, I didn't want to spoil it in that video, so this something special that happens in the second part of the game is Dedue's presence in the timeskip, because if you did not attempt that paralogue, Dedue is killed off for real, so you lose a unit just by not doing a side story.
While Gilbert has served as Dedue's replacement for a few chapters, he is still the one to ask for the supply quest. In part 1, Dedue was Dimitri's servant, but in part 2, Gilbert has taken over that role completely.
When you talk to some of the students, some of which are depressed over having to fight old friends, one example is Dorothea, she will have different quotes if Ferdinand was not recruited, because in the last chapter, you would have fought Ferdinand if you didn't recruit him in part 1, and some of them, like Hilda, remember the times when the house leaders complemented each other and had a party after that mock battle, but because war is happening thanks to the Empire, it is impossible to go back to our old ways.
There is a new shopkeeper in the Marketplace, it is the Dark Merchant, who looks like that enemy guy from back at the Holy Mausoleum back when Byleth first received the Sword of the Creator. He sells some very rare items, like tea leaves and gifts, as well as Arcane Crystals which can be used to repair magical weapons, like the Levin Sword and Bolt Axe. He also sells food, which you can use for cooking, as they can give stat boosts depending on what you cook in a dish.
One thing I could go over is the gifts you can buy from the Dark Merchant and which unit likes them.
