Byleth needed to be cautious not to allow my units to be attacked by multiple ranged units. The empire's ranger battalion has caught the Blue Lions unawares. Dimitri is boldly charging forward into what could only be considered an ambush. However, the Blue Lions are an adaptive force. Although they have more guns I can hit them from farther away and since I have the first turn I hope to dictate getting more arrows on point before the enemy can react on the right side. To the left, I am using my hard armored units to protect or squishy mages. The enemy has ranged units primarily, but can they outgun my indirect fire oriented units?


The rangers were only supposed to report on the locations surrounding Garreg Mach. Expressly, they were told to disengage and report back to command immediately if they view an enemy patrol. Unfortunately, an enemy wyvern rider with support from fast moving units reported back to the Blue Lion main effort. The enemy needs to utilize the forest as an impediment to hem us in. Unfortunately, we have fast moving units and a dancer to offset the advantages of this terrain! Yeah, it was a cakewalk there is no hyping this one.


**NOTES** I have finally cut out the clerical work from these episodes. This means that you will get only supports and Garreg Mach conversations pertinent to characterization and story. Thankfully, this means that episodes will overall have less bloat and more action and honestly more dialogue from the characters that matter. I think this is the best I can do to make these worthwhile to watch. These episodes are normally scheduled for noon EST. We are currently sitting 28-10 we had an episode off air affecting our count, and Dimitri continues to dominate the time skip with a MVP award as he terrorized the left side of the field. Hopefully, the enemies put up more of a fight next time.
