Of what little remains of the nearby farming communities supporting Garreg Mach one of the most prominent has been prone to pirate raids. Dimitri supported what he calls a rat hunt regardless of how Gilbert indicated the need of supplies or the other Blue Lions felt that it was their duty to protect the farmers. Byleth and the other Blue Lions continue to worry that Dimitri seems more driven by revenge than focused on the people of Fódlan. The important thing now is to root out these brigands. My strategy was to place the units with high defense upfront to either resist or defeat the nearby enemy and seeing as they have a good critical attack rate I will likely error on the side of ranged attacks. I am placing units that are highly maneuverable on the left flank to either harass the units in the water, contribute to the closer enemies that my center is dealing with, or engage in a general retreat to the cliffs to utilize as a chokepoint/skirmish base. The enemy has powerful units of a specific type, but their lack of balance leaves them vulnerable.

The pirates are a band of feared swordsmen, known for their swashbuckling way of life. However, that lifestyle is sustained by raiding undefended. However, after their latest raid, they must fight through the Blue Lions to get to the southern shore to the ship. They are going to rely on squads of swordsmen to overwhelm these Faerghus regulars. The sand will constrict the Blue Lion horses more than it can us. The one hope is that we will be able to maneuver well enough to get in close to strike them down. There is a possibility that we were not even damaged in this fight.

**NOTES** It looked like it could have been a difficult battle but it was surprisingly easy to adapt to the sand and harass their units into submission. Honestly, I am highly confident that these units can handle anything so long as I make the right calls. I feel as though this map would have been harder if I tried to mix it up more directly, but it does not feel like a real challenge. The ability of the enemy to possibly land critical hits gave me more incentive than usual to pepper the opponent, in other fire emblems ranged attacks alone were not viable--in this game, it makes it fairly easy to more than abuse the maps. These episodes are normally scheduled for noon EST. We are currently sitting 29-10 we had an episode off air affecting our count, and Annette oftentimes blends in despite her ability to one shot most everything ahead of her, but this time she is fully recognized as our MVP award winner. Our characters are becoming tremendously powerful.
