2The last bit of Garreg Mach's border cantons that need to be liberated is ahead of the Blue lions. This band of cut throats control the trade routes that were kept open by the reputation rather than patrols of the knights of Seiros. It is important to reopen this outpost because then civilian artisans may return who may sell provisions necessary to keep our army afield. This is a range war or a battle in which one side has a marked weapon range advantage over their opponents. No need to sweat this one other than noting how range superiority can help you clear otherwise challenging battles of your own. Basically, knock them out before they can hit you at a safe distance if need be tease out another opponent with a unit that has high defense (or resistance if your enemy attacks with magic), and stay out of the range of the remainder of enemies until it is your turn again. At this point, the enemy deserves credit for lining up, I guess.
The band of brigands knew that their time around Garreg Mach was coming to a close. Unfortunately, Dimitri's primary focus is to wipe out brigands like them. Swift moving Blue Lion troops have collapsed upon these thieves before they were able to make an exodus. The enemy might be better off just pushing south rapidly. Even so, we have units like the Dominics who will be able to take either magic or physical attacks in stride on the enemy turn effectively halting their advance to our liking. Let's clear them out quickly. Playlist information is provided below.
**NOTES** At least these maps are relaxing to clear. The enemies are technically threatening due to their critical hit rate. However, I would still consider this a monumental upset if we do lose this one. These episodes are normally scheduled for noon EST. We are currently sitting 29-12 we had an episode off air affecting our count, and the MVP will be determined next time. Why are they sending these one tile range scrubs against our boys?
