How's it going everyone, in this RPG Maker MV First Impressions video we take a look at the FNAF fan game made by ETHG. This game is called "FNAF World RPG Clicker." The first thing that took me for a turn was while the name of the game has the word "clicker" in it, the game actually doesn't have full mouse functionality. The idea is to smash the enter button instead of actually clicking, which to mean isn't really a "clicker." Every event shows a picture after you interact which is really unnecessary padding. It should be minimized to only show the pictures when they are relevant and also changes in a way that causes them to close upon pressing enter (or clicking), instead of a wait event that forces the player to wait a set number of frames after interacting with any object. While I only played a few battles I seen an issue very early on. The problem is you are not really given some vital information that you must use a button to generate pizzas (which are the currency of the game.) The enemies drop pizzas but very little amount. Not every house on the map needs to open the save menu scene, and show a forced wait picture popup. It just makes the game bloated. This is not the last time I'll play this game. I cut this one short, because I want to love it, but it's not ready to receive my sweet sweet lovin'. Once this game gets mouse functionality, and some other needed changes and updates, and if the devs want me to, I'll play this game again for realsies with another look video on it. Lot's of potential, but not ready to be fully shown off yet. Thanks for watching! :)
