Steps to Fix Beyond a Steel Sky not starting on Windows 7.

Step 1) Navigate to Computer\Windows\System32\find the 'Xinput1_3.dll'. Copy the Xinput1_3.dll file, paste it to the desktop, Rename it to 'Xinput1_4.dll'. Now copy Xinput1_4.dll file and then paste it to the main Beyond a Steel Sky folder. If not resolved paste the file to system 32 folder.
