Go to: https://www.dell.com/support/
Enter your Service Tag or Express Service Code
Click on View System Configuration
Go to the Original Configuration and it will show you all the hardware component came with the system
Now once you know your PC came with Micron 2200 SSD, go to driver and downloads. Under Category, select Solid State Storage or Serial ATA to locate the latest Micron 2200 PCIe NVMe Solid-State Drive Firmware and install it. Restart your PC
