Steps to Switch out of S mode on Windows 10 on Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus and Acer PC. Windows 10 shows as S mode after a reinstall using the Dell USB recovery tool,Switching the operating system out of Windows 10 Home in S Mode,Dell OS recovery image shows as Windows 10 Home in S Mode during and after installation

Please Note: Note: Switching out of S mode is a one-way process. If you make the switch, you won't be able to go back to Windows 10 in S mode. There's no charge to switch out of S mode.

1)Go to the Start Menu, open Settings
2)Click on Update and Security
3)Click on Activation
4)On the right side of the screen, you will see Switch to Windows 10 Home/Pro option, click on the Go to the Store
5)Click on the Get button
6)Click on Install button
7)Make sure the files are saved before clicking Yes Let's Go
8)Now You will see a confirmation message on the page, you will note that Windows 10 Home or Pro has been activated
