Steps to fix F1 2020 EGO Dump Crashing, Black Screen, Freezing, Stuttering and Low FPS with F1 2020 on PC

Step 1) Disable Steam Overlay, Close all overlay Apps such as GeForce Experience, Discord etc.
Step 2) Revert NVIDIA GeForce Experience game settings for F1 2020
Step 3) Do a clean installation of graphics card
Step 4) Roll back driver. 446.14 worked for many players

Step 5) Launch game from Steam Library and select Play F1 2020 (DirectX 11) while launching the game from Steam
Step 6) Turn off VSync
Step 7) Set anti-aliasing to TAA or try with FX Sharpening, Disable anti-aliasing, save the settings, restart game and enable anti-aliasing once again
Step 8) Try deleting the F1 2020 folder from Documents folder- this will delete all the game progress.
Step 9) Verify the game files in steam and then go to the installation directory and launch the game using the exe.
Step 11) Run the game as an administrator
Step 12) Dual graphics card users- Run the game on dedicated graphics
Step 13) Update windows 10
Step 14) Perform Clean boot & Stop the Windows 10 Apps from Running in the Background
