Steps to Fix Low FPS Issue with SWORD ART ONLINE Alicization Lycoris Game on PC

Step 1) Dual Graphics card users: Run the game on dedicated graphics card
Step 2) Set EasyAntiCheat affinity to 1 CPU
Launch the game and open task manager, go to the details tab and find EasyAntiCheat- make a right click, select Affinity to one CPU
Step 3) Disable Vsync in the game.
Step 4) Go to game installation folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\SWORD ART ONLINE Alicization Lycoris
Copy sao_al and Launch_Game exe files and create a backup
Rename sao_al to Launch_Game and delete Launch_Game.exe
Note- This last step may prevent EasyAntiCheat from running which may not allow you to play online
