When you launch Minecraft game on your gaming console (PlayStation or Nintendo Switch) and login or try and access multiplayer. It will prompt you to link your Microsoft Account to your Gamertag.

Create Microsoft account in case if you don't have Microsoft account: https://signup.live.com/
Now open a web browser on your PC, phone or tablet and visit Microsoft website: https://account.microsoft.com and sign into your Microsoft account. In the same browser, open this link: https://aka.ms/remoteconnect and enter the code shown in the game console and click on Next.
It will ask for your permission and click on Yes if you want to. Once done you will be able to play Minecraft Online on PlayStation and Nintendo Switch.
