1) Turn on the 30FPS in game and disable v-sync
2) Disable steam overlay
Open steam, Select the game in Steam Library, make a right click on the game and select Properties, then disable the steam overlay checkbox
3) Launch the game Set EAC process in task manager (Details/ EasyAntiCheat.exe / Affinity / check only 1 core)
