Yes you can! But it's rather tricky.
Magic DosBox seems to provide just about enough emulative power to run this monstrosity of a '95 flight sim at manageable fps (on my feeble four years old smartphone), but when it comes to playing back the replays, you better be transferring your records/logs onto a PC DosBox installation (which I did to record this).

The "joystick" has only two axes (you can map the cell's gyroscope to those), the rest you have to control with tap-able onscreen controls/widgets (not visible here, of course). But as you can see, the result is more than passable.

Enjoy a "Navier-Stokes flight dynamics" sim on your cellphone! :) Well, maybe it's an actual real time Navier-Stokes solver, who knows... I'm impressed with the flight dynamics of the thing either way.
