Floating point rendering differences in Assassin's Creed: Odyssey

When far away from the origin (this is on the most south-eastern island), the terrain vertices slightly jitter, while other meshes do not. I'm speculating that while terrain rendering only uses single-precision floating point calculations, most other meshes might be using double-precision. This is a problem found in a lot of games (I myself first encountered it while working on Rust, with the Unity engine)
