151The teleportation skill in Fortnite can be unlocked in Tier 2 of the skill tree and can be used very creatively around the map.
UPGRADING TELEPORT RANGE AND RECHARGE in Fortnite
You can find several upgrades for the teleporter in the Tier 2 and 3 Skill tree. When you start out with the basic teleport you only use it for short distances and it is best used to defend one base or hotspot.
BEST USES FOR THE TELEPORT
The basic and most effective use is probably linking one side of the base to the other. Sometimes the storm comes in from multiple sides, so it is very useful to get from one side of the base to the other instantly.
Using teleportation in Fortnite for height is also a very good choice sometimes. If you have high buildings next to your base you can place a teleporter on top of that building and one on the floor level. You can go from Sniping or covering all angles with rockets to ground defense in an instant.
