Fractured Online (2022, Closed Beta MMO 2022)
1Fractured Online is an open-world mmo with PVP and PVE content, Developed by Dynamight Studios, and Published by Gamigo. However.. you still need to install and use the Trion Worlds/Glyph program to play it. It is currently in Closed Beta (of this video), and the free weekend play.
It's a very ambitious project but unfortunately fell flat for me. I couldn't bare to play it any longer, it is everything I despise in mmos, it's like the took a mish-mash of really bad elements from other games and put it all into this trash. I HATE mmos that just put you into the world with NO direction on what to do or where to go.
ALSO! Why do new mmos feel the need to put you into the most disgustingly built and gross graphics areas of the game to start..? I never understand this.. devs should want players to be wow'd straight away, first impressions is everything and well.. this starting island is more miserable than Golem losing his ring.
Combat really sucks with the 2.5D stuck camera but that is manageable.. what isn't is the fact you can't move with the WSAD keys, mouse click is for EVERYTHING! what an ass-backwards control system.. it's like playing an old PC rpg game from the 90's.
I'm gonna stop here, just stay away from this mmo, it's a big pile of steaming &^%$ (trash) that'll probably end up on STEAM within a year or two, tops!
