This is the seventh mission of the Aftermath (Cold Element) campaign for the Freespace Port. It is 2335 immediately after the defeat of the GTI rebellion and destruction of the GTD Hades. We occupy the character of a Terran pilot recently reassigned to the GTD Ark Royal from the GTD Soyakaze. We have received a distress call from the science vessel GTSC Newton, near the Ikeya jump node in Ribos (even though we were just in Beta Aquilae). Protecting the Newton is our highest priority.
