This is the fourteenth mission of the Aftermath (Cold Element) campaign for the Freespace Port. It is 2335, six months after the defeat of the GTI rebellion and destruction of the GTD Hades. We occupy the character of a Terran pilot recently reassigned to the GTD Ark Royal from the GTD Soyakaze. The renegade destroyer Damocles has been sighted in Polaris (despite being in Capella last mission) preparing to attack the Epsilon Pegasi node blockade, so we must scramble to attack before Colonel Valaris can enact his plan. Command believes the colonel himself will lead the attack in his Valkyrie Mk 2 fighter. If we can eliminate him, we must take the opportunity.
