327A review of the isometric, post-apocalyptic game, Atom RPG.
* Fun Note: *
The theme at the beginning of the game is an oldie but a goodie. The song's title (ะะพะปัะฑัะต ะณะพัะพะดะฐ) translates as "Blue Cities." Different singers have covered it. The version used seems to be this one, which is sung by Emil Gorovets: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W5m-CDrDCZ0
** 3 Video Corrections: **
1.) 00:50 I said that there's no way for the player to get around the ambush attack at the beginning of the game. Technically, this isn't true. For most players, it is true. But if you know what's coming, plan ahead, min-max, and save scum, then you can beat them. Forgetting to mention this was an oversight, which is why I'm adding a note here. 2.) You can influence the dialogue through more than Speechcraft alone. This was an oversight. STR, DEX, Luck, and skills such as First Aid, can give you more choices. These choices can also influence quests/events. For example, sometimes you can intimidate (STR) NPCs into not fighting you. However, Speechcraft is the most influential.
3.) There are some Easter eggs in the game, which I forgot to mention entirely. There aren't a ton, but there's at least a handful. But I won't spoil them for you here by listing them, as they are pleasant surprises to discover.
