Much text is available in Russian. Ship controls, station interfaces, and map details display most text in single words and short phrases. More verbose text is available in the codex and Galnet. Elite: Dangerous is good for beginners in learning to read Russian.
Some speech is available in Russian. Ship notifications can be set to Russian if you choose the Maxim voice set. Many of the Galnet articles and encyclopedia entries have text-to-speech, which you can also enable while flying. Elite: Dangerous is good for exposure to Russian speech.
