GIR Review - Project Highrise
3Project Highrise is a tower-building simulator in the vein of SimTower and Yoot Tower. You can build offices, shops, apartments, and hotels. Manage connections to water, internet, and other basic pipeable and wireable resources. Make sure your infrastructure and services can support your tenants!
Most text is available in Russian. Information about tenants, construction menus, and charts display short sentences. The ever helpful advisor occasionally explains concepts with longer paragraphs. Comprehension is most important in determining the required conditions to build more advanced tenants and booking the more prestigious celebrities. Project Highrise is good for beginners in learning to read Russian.
There is no speech, so it won't exercise listening.
