[UNDUB] Testing Fatal Frame II: Crimson Butterfly Director's Cut / Project Zero II on Xbox
Now we're talking: differently than the Undubbed version of the prequel, Project Zero II features Japanese voices and English subtitles both during real time cutscenes and cinematics. Finally Mayu doesn't sound weird (check out the ENG dub https://youtu.be/H1S8kizUS0U ).
AFAIK, this undub version is perfect and perfectly playable. Tested on my OG Xbox hardware.

Fatal Frame II: Crimson Butterfly Director's Cut is a Japanese survival horror game and the director's cut version of Fatal Frame II: Crimson Butterfly.
It was developed and published by Tecmo on November 1, 2004 in North America and November 11, 2004 in Japan, and was published by Microsoft Game Studios on February 4, 2005 in Europe. The new release kept the same basic plot and characters, but added different play modes, whole new ending, many new unlockables and a brand new Camera Obscura.
