So, after saving Lamar’s butt once more and getting yelled at once more, we then head on over to Michael’s Movie Premier. For those not paying attention (or just joining in this late into the walkthrough), Michael really wants to help produce an upcoming movie, Meltdown, to try and get legit but, thanks to Devin Westin being the poopbutt he is, we have hit a few snags along the way (not as many as that Plane’s engine did …. Too Soon?). Today, it seems we are premiering the film at the Oriental Theater but, it seems that Devin wants to cause some more issue one last time. We find out that our Wife and Daughter (who wanted to show up fashionable late) might have some more issues than getting their hair and makeup ready. *Spoilers here so, be wary* He apparently sent an entire death squad of sorts after Michael’s family and we have to save them. What confuses me the most though is that they just reintroduced the family back into the game and, because of this, they go into Hiding. They don’t exactly disappear like they did before but they aren’t exactly seen outside of two missions where you help them from some trouble. Outside of those two, it feels like the family still is avoiding Michael; why not have the family leave because of this moment (or one very similar earlier in the game) and have them reunited closer to the end of the game and let them stay instead of sending them away after reintroducing them?
