Description:

0:00 Turning in the Blue Crystals
When you turn in all the blue crystals, rain starts falling over Home and no one can be interacted with except the merchant. Worse yet, you can't leave Home at all, since every exit loops. To advance, you have to examine the music box in the Elder's house.
3:39 Interworldly Rift
All the enemies here are the Joker minibosses, which means this is really your last chance to get all the Joker armor.
At the boss room, you'll run into the jeweler, who reveals that Espheria is a digital simulation world. He wants to delete it and start a better world, but Elsa doesn't want to give up on her life here.
11:50 Boss: Anima
You can probably wipe this guy easily with Meteo Crusher, but if you want to win normally, note that he'll eventually cast a buff that allows him to move twice on his next turn and that his normal attack can inflict poison.
14:07 Anima's Compromise
Anima isn't deterred at all, but he promises to let Elsa live out her lifetime first before wiping the world.
15:43 Back to Normal?
Despite Anima's defeat, it's still raining, but no one else notices. When Elsa goes to bed, she ends up in space talking to the Elder, who offers to reveal more information about Espheria.

Your robots won't be here and you can't buy items, so hopefully you have a large stockpile of human healing items.
The NPCs on the island look familiar, but are actually different.
In the Overseer's Shrine, you can fight boss rushes to get more info out of the Elder. However, you should recruit some allies first. This lineup includes Eloire, Hemrock, and Vaille. Eloire is basically a stronger version of the Fighter class, so she can dual-wield and use all the gear you found in her crypt. That's pretty much all I can use, since I didn't really upgrade any of the fighter gear.
33:35 Chamber of Tales Gauntlet
You'll be fighting all the board bosses and the Keywarden. It starts out easy until the Terror/Horror unequips Elsa's gear. At this point, she'll have to focus on supporting the other characters.
46:47 Elder Bombshell 1
Grandora is actually closer to reality than Espheria and the empty space, with Espheria being the farthest.
49:38 Chamber of Secrets Gauntlet
You have to fight the mechs from Eloire's crypt, but they should be easier than the other gauntlets.
53:59 Elder Bombshell 2
The Elder wants to send Elsa to the real world, but Elsa still wants to be with her friends and family.
56:56 Chamber of Visions Gauntlet
This is the hardest one yet, since you probably won't be able to kill them before they cycle. The priest is an exercise in patience, but Anima requires you to keep up Purity to avoid getting mass poisoned.
1:09:11 Elder Bombshell 3
The real world civilization was destroyed, and the AIs of Espheria are part of a project to restore it.
1:11:24 Leaving Grandora
Talk to the Elder at the island entrance to leave. Unfortunately, one AI doesn't want you to return home with forbidden knowledge.

He can inflict blind, so as usual, keep up with Purity buffs and hope Hemrock can stunlock him.
1:17:07 True Ending & Credits

If you go to bed after seeing off Vaille but before turning in the Blue Crystals, you get a credits scene that actually looks better than the True Ending.
1:26:54 Liem's Quest
The game was patched so that the start of Liem's quest will always be available, whether or not you woke him up before the Moonlight Palace. Unfortunately, I had to edit my save file (variable 33) to activate it. You have to talk to Amanda, find Liem in Elsa's room, then the Hushlands, then
the Moonlight Palace library, then in a house in Calm, then the first map of the Forgotten Desert, and finally Amanda's house.
