When is it time to build a Dyson Sphere in Dyson Sphere Program? The last hurdle is Green Science, the Gravity Matrix, but in order to build them we have to patch up a lot of other building logistics issues first. That includes shipping resources from other star systems so we can obliterate our Organic Crystal production (it's like popping a big old zit), getting Graphene from Fire-Ice, and finally figuring out what the hell we're doing with all of this Hydrogen. I say it in the beginning but I'll write it here again: there's a whole lot for me to do in this stream. And while I meant for it to only be a 2 hour steam, I was determined to get my Green Science up and running. Especially with how few Gravity Matrices I was making in my prior save.


Still, there's a lot of work to do, and a lot of underlying production to be patched up while we start researching 15 degree arcs for the Dyspon Sphere. And since there was no objection, I will be throwing a Dyson Sphere around the M class planet with all the rare resources. I'm excited -- with all of the work I've done up to this point a lot of the rest of the game is going to be throwing down assemblers and taking care of business. I can't wait to see how it all looks in the end.


Dyson Sphere Program is a factory building game that lets you jump between planets and star systems to collect resources and build, shockingly enough, a Dyson Sphere. It is a game that has greatly captured my imagination and does not feel like it is in Early Access. But at this stage it is, and at least so far there is no combat or enemies, so we are free to build. In this series, I will be focusing on correcting the mistakes of my first play through, working more efficiently, and completing a Dyson Sphere BEFORE I do the "Mission Complete" research.
