Howdy, Dump Truck and Wheels day at the good ol' Silverback Strength Gym Bendigo stomping grounds today.

My 2nd Leg day of the week, as usual. Felt great, aaaaall the way up until I tweaked my left patella tendon (knee) during my final set of leg press, but hey, sometimes dems da breaks.
