Shoulder Day - First time doing a Gym Vlog! Bit of an achievement for me as it is stepping out of my comfort zone a little, however gym members and staff at the gym I work at (Silverback Strength Gym Bendigo) were awesome and even encouraging about it.

Felt a little weird at first but got use to it relatively quick. Definitely learnt a lot as I clearly have a knack for yammering on haha... So I need to do some work time management with filming as 30min is way too long. Preferably under 20mins is the goal.

I also noticed some interesting aspects of my form as I've never really filmed my self on certain exercises as I only really film (Bench press lately for PBs), can definitely do with a bit of a tidy up on things I was noticing, even if they felt good.

All in all, I was happy with today being my first time filming my session, only going to get better from here I imagine. Feel free to following along on the journey, hopefully I can motivate, inspire and get something fun happening with this!

Time to get stuck in and squeeze the juice!
