Haiku, the Robot is a Metroidvania styled game, with a pixelart low color style. And i think this is really an artform, to make the most out of a limited resource (low resolution, probably 8 colors).
The platforming is really solid and i tried to cheese at some places, but it wasn't possible, so i say the game is also pretty polished. What also surprised me, was the amount of action that i encountered in these 30 minutes. It's always a problem with Metroidvania styled games, that you have parts where you search around for the next path to go, but so far my path was clear to me.

Later on the map gets more complex, but with the map feature that shows a miniature version of the real area, i hadn't much of a problem to find certain rooms with a door that i haven't gone through. Overall the game got a playtime of around 8 - 10 hours, based on how much you explore or get lost.
The map looks a bit bigger than it actually is.
