Hideous Destructor | Lilywhite Lilith: Gilded Cage | No Failure Run
16Bit late, I know. Sleep's all messed up and I forgot to schedule this one. Atleast that's another map down for Lilywhite Lilith.
Not too fond of this map's combat. Primarily 'cause there's a lot of enemies hiding behind foliage or transparent textures where visibility is compromised for the player but not for the enemies. Lotta shooting at seemingly nothing in this bit. That last bit particularly grated on me since there's nothing you can see, meanwhile the mapper's put both imps and cacos hiding behind the foliage textures. Absolutely uncivilized.
I did lost a run here, but amusingly enough not from the baron breaking the glass. It was from a dud rocket that I kind of ignored for the longest time. Bad timing happened right as I was about to pick it up, instant several dozen sharp shrapnel to the face. Let that be a lesson to all not to let dud rockets just sit there for too long when you're atleast half an hour in to a run, at the very least, not to waltz right on top of it willy nilly.
