Lost Frontier | OBSIDIAN: Experi-Mental | No Failure Run | Part 2
I should also mention that I've actually modified one thing in LF prior to this run. The Rebel Merchant here where I can trade stuff, heal wounds, and upgrade with doesn't really play well with OBSIDIAN's secret sectors. The guy would block the way and you can't interact with the lot 'cause they'd sit right in the middle of the door, so you'll end up using the door instead of speaking with them. I had to add -SOLID flag to the merchants so I can do all the merchant stuff without needing to fiddle with level generation further.
Anyways, that'll be it for this map. Will I continue to the next map? I'll see if I can. Lost Frontier is underappreciated (well, Strife along with its modding scene in general seems underappreciated), so I'll probably do more of this in the future. One thing's for sure, with OBSIDIAN's Strife level generation, the lack of custom map crisis that used to haunt Strife is mostly no more!
