Hitman: Absolution (Gameplay #5) - Hidden in Plain Sight [Purist Difficulty]
Hitman: Absolution's disguise mechanic is one of many divisive elements in IO Interactive's latest game, but at least in its current form (it has apparently been tweaked somewhat since the game's release) I think the system works reasonably well. Disguises are only meant to offer a partial and imperfect protection against being spotted by enemies, but as seen in this video (on Purist difficulty with no use of Instinct) it does make a real difference even in areas only populated by hostiles belonging to the same category as 47's disguise. The reason I stress the latter part is of course that people have complained about the fact that disguises are the least effective against enemies of the same type, which is true but doesn't mean that disguises are completely useless in those situations (again, at least not with the latest version of the game).
