The oldest Type-23 frigate in the Royal Navy has visited London, to showcase the work of the senior service.

HMS Argyll "flew the flag" in the capital over the weekend; demonstrating capability and showing the Navy's appreciation to London's employers who allow their staff to serve in the Royal Navy Reserve.
