Hollow Knight- Exploring Cut Content and Secret Rooms
4,303There are a lot of extra rooms that never made it to the final version of Hollow Knight. Many of these rooms have art and are built out while others are totally empty. In this video we will explore in depth all of the different rooms that were left in the background of the game.
These levels were only left over in the background up until version 1.0.3.7

HOW TO USE:
Press the 'F2' key to cycle through the following unused scenes:
Additionally patch enables 'debug buttons' used by the developers.
Press the 'End'/'Quote' key to show the scene name and other information in the upper right-hand corner. Press the 'Home'/'Semicolon' key for additonal information such as scene loading time.
Pressing F2 too quickly might result in the player accidentally leaving the next scene and causing issues.
Some of the rooms connect to other existing rooms gracefully, others will break the game and you have to Alt-F4 out. But it is interesting to note what the rooms were meant to connect to.
Note that the bench in the first room is functional. If you want to use the save game file later, be sure to save at a different bench.
