Playthrough | Part 2: Bell Beast & Hunter's Marsh
NOTE: This video was supposed to be up yesterday but for whatever reason, I was uanble to get it up because family time went way fof course. Thankfully there's no excuse or exceptions.
We continue on and continue we do. Like with Hollow Knight, we get our hands on some new moves that'll help out a lot. For starters, the Silkspear. This is a risk/reward ability that allows you to throw your needle at an enemy or obstacle. It's going to help especially when we free a monster later. We also meet a Moss Druid. The druid wants us to recover three Mossberries. We will take care of it in the next part.
We then use the Silkspear to free a Bell Beast. Also this is a boss fight. You need to time your moves to avoid it's attacks. Take advantage of Hornet's dive to damage and avoid. Heal when necessary but focus on making sure to take it down. Not a tough fight but you got to make sure to strike when you can. Once you beat the Bell Beast, it returns to normal. You can now use the Bell Beast to travel to various Bellway Stations. We also get our hands on a Silk Heart. That will help us gain more Silk.
We also head off into a new area, the Hunter's Marsh. This is where your skills will be tested when it comes to Hornet's diagonal dive. There are various red apple-like orbs and you use her dive attack to head upwards. Expect to do a lot of it if you want to make sure you reach where you need to go. Eventually we face off against the Hunter's Marsh inhabitants. They are tough but with what you have, you should be alright. I know I shouldn't have head to that place but it didn't matter. Eventually Shakra joins us to help. Work with her to take them down. Once they are defeated, you can be able to buy a map for Hunter's Marsh. Do that while buying anything and everything you need to help make the map worth it.
Part 3 has us heading into another direction... to find The Wanderer's Path.
