Playthrough | Part 19: Final Clash with Arfoire
Before anyone asks, the playthrough is NOT over yet. Believe me. Not only that but I was able to raise Lastation's shares to 50%. In turn, we get a new party member: Uni. Uni is Noire's little sister and one of the protagonists of the sequel.
Back to the main story. Neptune and her allies confront Arfoire. With the power of the Four Goddesses, she's ready to bring hell upon the land of Gamindustri. Neptune, Noire, Vert and Blanc go HDD as they and their many allies join in.
Arfoire's final battle is a 2-phase fight. The first fight has you facing against Arfoire in her human form. Debuff her, then buff your party. Then bring hell to her. If you are at a very high level, she's no issue. It isn't until the second phase where she uses the powers of the four Goddesses to become True Arfoire aka a giant dragon-like beast. The same strategy applies and let me tell you, she is really brutal. You got to make sure that you give it your all against her. Eventually she'll go down.
With Arfoire defeated and wiped away, the threat towards Gamindustri is over. We get an epilogue that happens sometime after the final battle and everything's back to normal. Histoire checks out what everyone is doing, and it ends with her having pudding with Neptune, Compa and IF. You also get a nice end that has the cast saying thanks for playing. Pretty nice.
Next part is the finale and it's here we see it all through to the end.
