Apple could easily fix the issues with their Macs and their internal storage by using internal SSDs that are 100% SLC. Given the prices that Apple charge for Mac storage, there's easily enough profit in there to do this without passing the cost onto the customer. However, that's assuming that Apple are not greedy and that they care more about customer satisfaction over their already insanely high profits. What do you think.
