"How Can I Help My ANXIETY?" | Find A Way #WithMe Campaign
#trauma #psychology #neuroscience
This video is a "bonus video" (outside of our series) this week. I was asked by Youtube if I wanted to contribute to the "Find A Way #Withme" Campaign. It's an initiative by the creator community.
The creator community consists of content and video creators who contribute to the development of videos on Youtube. They are promoting a conversation from September 28th to the end of October on ways to cope in today's world. World Mental Health Day is also coming up October 10th which this campaign is in favor of.
So I decided to create a video on anxiety that would be useful to my subscriber friends in addition to this campaign. In today's video, I discuss the neurological, physical, emotional, and psychological components of anxiety and offer tools on how to cope with daily anxiety.
*On Sunday I return to our topic on abusive parents.

MORE INFORMATION ON THE YOUTUBE CAMPAIGNS:
"YouTube introduced its #WithMe initiative in 2010 as a way to encourage people to do things together, and Friday, it incorporated #WithMe into its #StayHome effort to stress the importance of adhering to social distancing guidelines during the coronavirus pandemic."
The Google-owned video site said, “From Cook With Me to Clean With Me, Jam With Me and Study With Me, our creators and community have used video to help people learn, connect, entertain and thrive. We’re finding that YouTube’s community continues to come together and, at a time like this, it’s so inspiring and encouraging to see.”
