Trying to understand a traumatic and/or unhealthy childhood can be very difficult. Tracing the damage can feel impossible. But for some families the damage is clear. Unhealthy parents who have abusive tendencies and moderate to severe BPD symptoms often cannot hide their problem(s). They act out in impulsive, angry, and senseless ways. These behaviors can interfere with the healthy development of the children growing up under them. If you are one of these children...this video is for you.
In this video, I will be discussing parental BPD symptoms that is moderate to severe in intensity. I offer a few tips on how to manage these kind of parents as an adult.
