Welcome to Tibetan Foothills, the first level of the Tibet section from Tomb Raider 2.
There are a total of five different snowmobiles in this level. The red one that you have easy access to, plus the four dark ones which are ridden by enemies. You have to kill the enemies in order to be able to use their snowmobiles.
In this video I took the red snowmobile and three of the dark snowmobiles near the end of the level. I crashed the red snowmobile into the water, destroying it. Then, from using the flare-wall glitch I was able to return to where the other snowmobiles were. By repeatedly crashing the snowmobiles into the water and returning with the flare-wall glitch I managed to destroy all four of these snowmobiles.
This just left the fifth snowmobile; the other dark snowmobile. It's not possible to get this snowmobile near the area with the water. I was able to destroy this snowmobile by crashing it into a ditch, but at the expense of my life. However, I was also able to destroy the snowmobile with the grenade launcher while the enemy was riding it, resulting in the enemy dying and the snowmobile blowing up. So I did successfully destroy this snowmobile too, and at the expense of the enemy's life as opposed to my own, which works for me. :)
