In part 1, we discussed how brakes and tires feel drastically different from lap 1 to lap 300, but there are some much more subtle differences as well. The engine oil is constantly being burned off, so temperatures can start to rise towards the end of a stint. Also, we're using the stock automatic out of the Subaru BRZ, so the shift speed slowly deteriorates through an 8 hour race like this one. Check out my full series on my YouTube Channel!
